Relax in your private pool and hot tub, enjoy stylish new furnishings, high-quality mattresses, and a fully equipped game room with a pool table and arcade games.

Resort amenities include mini-golf, tennis courts, tiki bar, walking trails, playgrounds, and more. Every guest receives their own personalized access code for a safe and secure stay.

This newly renovated home is designed for relaxation and entertainment:

• Two master suites with private en-suite bathrooms
• Four additional bathrooms plus a convenient powder room
• Three living areas – formal living room, casual lounge, and outdoor patio
• Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining
• Game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, and axe-throwing game
• Private lanai with large pool, hot tub, and backyard surrounded by trees for privacy

Enjoy optional pool and spa heating for $35/day (must be requested in advance).

Guest Access

You will have full private access to the home and backyard oasis. Amenities include:

• All 7 bedrooms & 4.5-bathroom
• Three living spaces – formal, casual, outdoor lounge
• Game room – pool table, arcade, and axe-throwing
• Private pool & hot tub
• Driveway parking plus additional street parking
• Housekeeping storage – hallway closets are reserved for staff

Guests also enjoy access to Emerald Island Resort amenities, including:

• Community pool & spa
• Tiki bar & clubhouse with sauna, gym, and business center
• Walking/nature trails through 11 acres of woodland
• Sports courts – tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball
• Playgrounds – three throughout the resort

Emerald Island Resort Security:

• Secure gated community; all vehicles must be registered.
• Right lane: registered guests & homeowners with key cards.
• Left lane: unregistered guests provide ID and license plate, then pick up a gate access card ($20 + tax per vehicle, one-time fee).

Clubhouse Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM
Tiki Bar Hours: 11 AM – 10 PM (hot food, snacks, drinks, live music/karaoke)
Gym & Sauna: Open daily, check with desk attendants for access

Please note: There is no lifeguard on duty at the pools. Children must be supervised. Optional pool/spa heating is $40/day, to be decided before check-in.
