1.Website Use

2. Short Term Rental Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age unless otherwise specified.

Properties are intended for residential use only. Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing.

Check-in and check-out times provided at booking must be followed.

3. Payments and Fees

All rental rates, cleaning fees, taxes, and additional charges are disclosed at the time of booking.

Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Guests may cancel their reservation under the following policy:

• Full refund if canceled 14 days or more prior to check-in
• 50% refund if canceled within 14 days of check-in
• No refund for cancellations after the two-week period or no-shows

5. Property Condition and Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items may result in additional charges.

House rules provided prior to or during the stay must be followed. Failure to comply may result in early termination without refund.

6. Pool and Spa Heating Policy

Pool and spa heating operate together as a single system and cannot be heated separately.

• Pool and spa heating must be requested before arrival
• Requests made after check-in will incur an additional $40 fee
• Heating availability may be affected by weather or maintenance
• Heating fees are non-refundable once activated

7. Property Management Services

Property management services are governed by a separate written agreement with property owners. Website content does not constitute a binding management contract.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.

Ragusa Rent and Relax is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal property except as required by Florida law.
